Ronald McDonald House Halloween Party

Our next Ronald McDonald House themed dinner party is scheduled for Saturday, October 15th, 2011. We have our volunteers arrive at 4pm to start cooking a wonderful meal and to start decorating and then at 5pm we have crafts for the children living at the House and at 6pm, dinner is served. At 7pm is when we have our indoor trick-or-treating and that is so much fun because the families living at Ronald McDonald House are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costumes and our volunteers dress up as well and hand out goodies to our little trick-or-treaters. It’s a lot of fun and our volunteers are their to help us but they walk out feeling so rewarded for being able to put smiles on the faces of all of their families who are living at this “home away from home”!
