Delivery Methods and Timing

If you are purchasing tickets for our "Let's Dance for the Heart of It!" your name will be held at the door so that admission will be granted. You will receive a confirming e-mail to let you know this. For our Golf Outing, again, you will receive a confirming e-mail to let you know we have a spot for you or a foursome, depending on what you requested. For our Silent Auctions at the Dance or the Golf Outing, you will be taking your item home with you the day of our event so we do not need to deliver anything to you.

Return/Refund Policy

Most of our charges will be for donations so they are not returnable or refundable. If you are charging for our Golf Outing or Dance, tickets are non-refundable. For our Silent Auctions at our different functions, the same policy applies - no refunds. One does need to realize that we are a non-profit organization that depends on donations and our fundraisers to help sustain our mission of helping to put smiles on the faces of many children and their families.
