Benjamin was diagnosed with acute liver failure, and he ultimately needed a new liver. At the end of 2018, Benjamin had a successful liver transplant! Below is a message from Benjamin’s family. I wanted to reach out and say thank you so much for your generosity and kindness with helping out with one of our son’s medical bills. I was actually having a rough morning balancing work and virtual learning with my kids. And on top of my mind was I need to make a payment to the hospital. But today we opened the box you sent and it put a smile on our faces. We have 56 families that we are wanting to help. If you feel the need to share in helping these families, please click below to donate.
We would be so grateful for your kindness and generosity!

![]() We are going to start a weekly spotlight every Friday of someone special connected to our organization. Our first spotlight is on Madison Jordan! Madison has a diagnosis of retinoblastoma. (An eye cancer that begins in the back of the eye (retina), most commonly in children.) She was diagnosed when she was approximately 3-months-old and she is now 5-years-old. She continues to go back to MD Anderson for scans under anesthesia. Madison has two sisters, Paisley who is 6, and Shiloh who is 2. This is a message from Madison and their family! “Dear Nancy and those who support the Aubrey Rose Foundation, thank you so much for your contribution to our medical expenses for Madison. You bring relief and joy to those you help. Cancer is already terribly hard to deal with your child, but the extensive financial strain it can also cause is horrible too! So from the bottom of our hearts, we THANK YOU! God Bless!" - The Jordans |
